Our Investigation Process

We follow the official NHS procedure to ensure your concerns are handled fairly:

  • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge your concern or complaint within 3 working days.
  • Investigation: The Pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager will investigate the matter and may contact you for further details.
  • Response: We aim to provide a full written response within 20 working days, detailing our findings and any actions taken to prevent a recurrence.
